SHIPPING
Do you ship to my city?
We ship nationwide. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once shipped, you'll receive a notification with tracking details.

PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, GCash, and Bank Transfer. Orders paid via GCash or Bank Transfer must be paid within 24 hours from order confirmation.

RETURNS
Do you accept repairs, returns, or exchanges?
Respectfully, we do not accept returns or exchanges for vintage jewelry due to the pre-owned nature of each unique item. However, if you would like to reach out for repairs or re-plating/cleaning services for past purchases, please feel free to contact us.

CARE GUIDE
How do I care for my Souvenir goods?
As with all gold plated jewelry, it’s best to remove pieces when bathing or exercising, and try to reduce exposure to water and moisture as much as possible. Always store in a cool, dry place (tip: our Souvenir pouch is perfect for this), and gently wipe down after each use with a soft, dry cloth.
